If you’ve just opened your Songbook and realize that your Klangio Transcription or Tickets disappeared, then don’t worry! In this guide, I will show you how to fix that.
Two Klangio Accounts
In most cases, you’ve created a second Klangio Account by accident and logged into the wrong one. Please check your other E-Mail Addresses and Google Accounts for which was your original account.
Error during Transaction
It could also occur, that an error happened during the purchase of your Tickets. Simply check your E-Mail and look for the receipt of the transaction. You can also check your payment method if your money has been deducted. If not, try purchasing your subscription again.
